About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and provide excellent customer support. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and the fitness industry, with a strong ability to build relationships and manage the sales process end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in existing and new markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
  • Drive sales growth through proactive lead generation and client engagement.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Provide sales support, including quotations, product information, and follow-ups.
  • Assist with sales administration, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and hands-on Technician / Maintenance Manager to lead our technical team. This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Paarl headquarters. If you have a strong mechanical background, leadership skills, and a passion for the fitness or sports industry, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and support the technical team in day-to-day operations.
  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of gym equipment (cardio, strength, functional, etc.).
  • Conduct site inspections and assessments for equipment setups.
  • Schedule and manage service visits, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain service logs and technical documentation.
  • Liaise with clients and the internal sales/support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Train and mentor junior technicians.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in a technical/maintenance role within the fitness, wellness, or sports industry.
  • Proven leadership experience managing a technical or maintenance team.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge related to gym equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites when needed.
  • Physically fit and able to lift, move, and install heavy gym equipment.
