The DC Blocks® Double-Wide has a larger pulling surface and larger portable surface upon which to perofrm overhead lifts. The Double-Wide is 31” long, 19” wide, 2” tall, and weighs a mere 23lbs. The Double-Wide fits on top of two Original, crenellated DC Blocks® placed side-by-side. This is an inexpensive way to have your large pulling surface or your portable jerk boxes!
