DC Blocks – The Flat Top

The DC Blocks® Flat Top design is intended to be the top section of a stack of DC Blocks® for increased comfort with box squats, for an increased landing or stance platform when performing plyometrics, step-ups, or other assistance exercises. We have even seen them used on top of two stacks of DC Blocks® as a bench press bench. DO NOT stack a Flat Top® on top of another Flat Top®. Flat Tops® do not interlock with each other.
